Late Policy: We understand that life happens! If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $40 late fee will be applied.
This allows us to keep appointments running smoothly and provide the best service to every guest.
No-Show Policy: If you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, 50% of the booked treatment cost will be
charged to your account in order to rebook. This helps us respect the time we reserve just for you.
